Refund Policy

7 days, no questions asked. If the report isn't what you hoped for, email hello@skyling.app within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why.

How to request

  1. Email hello@skyling.app from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Say you'd like a refund. That's all.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Gumroad, Inc. (Merchant of Record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Access to the full report ends. Any copy you already downloaded is yours to keep — we will not chase you for it.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Contact us and we will refund the extra charge regardless of how much time has passed.
